The main house offers a character 1930s semi-detached setting with a calm, Mediterranean-inspired feel.
From June 2026, the newly installed olive-toned kitchen will be available for filming and photography. Designed with warm neutrals, oak flooring and brushed metal finishes the space will provide a refined yet relaxed backdrop ideal for lifestyle, kitchenware, food and interiors content.
Additional areas include:
- Panelled hallway with original detailing
- Recently renovated neutral bathroom with herringbone flooring and brushed gold fittings
- Neutral double bedroom with fresh plaster and new flooring

This is a calm residential setting rather than a commercial studio.
